Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Erie, PA branch for a Full-Time Customer Service/Cashier position, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Handling cash, checks, debit, and credit transactions
• Help balance and maintain the cash drawer daily
• Help balance credit card transactions daily
• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Entering receipted material into the computer and handling any discrepancies
• Organize and process various transactions and paperwork

Requirements:

• Ability to prioritize & multitask
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and attention to detail
• Able to adjust to changes and problem-solve
• Work independently and as a team
• Able to accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes
• Good math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer Service driven

Must submit a background check and drug testing
