Brand Manager

Job Title: Brand Manager Location: Neptune, New Jersey (Onsite) Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 Responsibilities Lead the development and commercialization of new products and line extensions for the Dog & Cat BU portfolio, driving incremental growth. Partner cross-functionally to translate consumer insights into compelling propositions and support successful go-to-market execution. Support the execution of the innovation roadmap aligned with brand and portfolio growth strategies, identifying whitespace opportunities through trend analysis and consumer insights. Manage innovation projects from concept through launch, collaborating with R&D, Creative, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and Finance to deliver on time and within scope. Lead go-to-market planning including positioning, claims, packaging, pricing, and launch activation, coordinating with Sales, Creative, Media, Digital, and Shopper teams. Track launch performance metrics such as trial, repeat, velocity, distribution, and financial results; conduct post-launch reviews for continuous improvement. Coordinate internal teams and agency partners to ensure brand standards and strategic goals are reflected across all innovation initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in brand management, innovation marketing, or product marketing within CPG. Hands‑on experience supporting or leading NPD and product launches. Strong analytical, consumer insight, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects effectively.
