Mid-Level Banking Associate in Corporate amp Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level banking associate to join its corporate and finance team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves working with a leading global finance practice, representing lenders, private equity sponsors, and borrowers in various lending transactions. Duties Engage in acquisition finance and asset-based lending transactions. Work on syndicated TLA/TLB transactions and private credit transactions. Participate in note purchase agreement private placements and sovereign debt financings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with sophisticated client teams. Requirements Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions. Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. Commitment to excellence and contribution to a collegial culture. Preference for candidates with at least three years of relevant experience. Education Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
