ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to support year-end gift processing during our busiest fundraising season.RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately enter and process gifts and donations Maintain donor records and verify gift details Assist in the preparation of acknowledgment letters and donation receipts Maintain confidentiality of donor and financial informationQUALIFICATIONS
Faithful, practicing Catholic who desires to put their talents at the service of the Lord and His Church Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with data entry, donor records, or nonprofit administration preferred Familiarity with donor databases and Microsoft Excel is desirable Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Availability for 20-27.5 hours per week through January 8, 2027 (our offices are closed Dec 24, Dec 25, and Jan 1)IMPORTANT NOTES
This position will be scheduled for a consistent weekly schedule of 20 to 27.5 hours per week and will be compensated at a rate of $30 per hour. The employee's schedule will be consistent from week-to-week, and must be worked within our regular office hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Due to the nature and responsibilities of this position, the work must be performed in our offices on the Upper East Side of Manhattan; this position is not eligible for remote work.
