Position Summary The Outpatient Therapist delivers therapeutic services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines, collaborates with treatment teams, and ensures accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments. Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy. Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members. Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements. Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed. Education & Experience Required: Master’s degree in a human services field and licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent). Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted.
