Press Operator
Twin City Staffing is hiring a press operator for a top manufacturing and printing facility! In this role, you will set up and operate web press or flexographic printing equipment, perform mechanical adjustments using hand and power tools, and verify material specs. If you bring mechanical or press experience and are seeking steady 2nd or 3rd shift hours with full benefits, apply today! Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $27 – $28.66/hr Hours:
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Monday – Friday
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Monday – Friday

Duties of the press operator:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate web press or flexographic printing machinery to execute production runs
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices to perform mechanical press adjustments
- Read blueprints, job tickets, and process sheets while conducting quality checks using precise tape measure readings
- Troubleshoot mechanical press issues and maintain continuous production flow throughout the shift
Requirements of the press operator:
- Minimum 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience or printing press operation background
- Demonstrated proficiency using basic hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tapes
- Proven work history showing reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (screening excludes THC testing)
