What You'll Do:

✅ Set up and operate CNC lathes

✅ Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments

✅ Read blueprints and technical drawings

✅ Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools

✅ Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production processes

✅ Meet quality standards and production goals

✅ Support material flow and maintain a safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

✔ CNC lathe setup experience (Preferred)

✔ Ability to read blueprints and GD&T

✔ Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

✔ Strong math and problem-solving skills

✔ Team player with the ability to work independently

✔ Basic personal tool set

Bonus Qualifications:

⭐ CNC Machining Certificate

⭐ 3+ years of machine shop experience (Preferred)

⭐ Lean manufacturing knowledge

⭐ Production machining experience

⭐ Process improvement and troubleshooting skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
