Registered Nurse (RN) SupervisorJoin our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor who is responsible for the delivery of resident care by licensed and non-licensed staff in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods, which include skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care.Compensation: commensurate based with experience between $43.00 - $50.00 hourly. Complete supervisory reports as required by the Director of Nursing.Review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.What You Will NeedMinimum of 1 year floor nurse experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living or hospital is required.Prior supervisory experience required.Licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.Current CPR certification required.Charlestown is a beautiful 110-acre continuing care retirement community located in Catonsville, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore.
