HR Operations Specialist

Qualifications: Education and Experience: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field preferred Three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least two years in HR operations, benefits administration or HRIS administration Experience with an HRIS required; Paycor experience strongly preferred Hands-on experience administering benefits, leaves of absence or workers’ compensation required Experience with an applicant tracking system preferred Working knowledge of general employment practices, confidentiality expectations and HR recordkeeping and retention requirements required PHR, SHRM-CP or comparable certification preferred Need info on how to become a Business Ministry Partner? #J-18808-Ljbffr The JOY FM
