This assignment is full-time at 37.5 hours weekly, beginning September 14 and running through December 18. Qualifications:

• Active AZ Occupational Therapy license
• Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
• Pediatric/school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Adaptable to onsite and online service delivery
• Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams on student support plans
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
• Provide both in-person and virtual therapy as needed
• Maintain accurate records and follow state/federal requirements
