Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts | 4-5 days per week

Caseload:

• 30-60 minute treatment sessions
• Minimum of 25 treatment hours per week
• Up to 35 treatment hours available per week
• No on-call requirements
• Weekends optional (not mandatory)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a well-established, multidisciplinary therapy practice serving pediatric patients across North Georgia. This organization has over 20 years of experience providing high-quality, family-centered therapy services and maintains a strong referral network through physicians and community relationships.

The team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and experienced administrative professionals who work collaboratively to provide comprehensive, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to children of various ages and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct evaluations and reassessments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
• Provide home health services as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) - Required
• Pediatric experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Feeding and swallowing experience
• Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
• Home health experience
