Physical Therapy - PT SNFThis position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, averaging 35 hours per week with occasional weekend rotation. The SLP provides therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, supporting residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The role focuses on improving communication, cognition, and swallowing function while helping patients regain independence and quality of life.Requirements: Candidates must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license and have completed a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred. Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings is highly preferred. Strong documentation skills and the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams are required.
