Information Technology (IT) Guide innovation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while driving automation and data‑driven decision‑making. Human Resources (HR) Support a people‑first strategy focused on growth, engagement, and a strong ownership culture. Marketing Ensure brand, communications, and go‑to‑market support align with business growth goals and strategic initiatives. Office Operations Ensure a consistent, high‑quality workplace experience across teams and locations. Drive Operational Excellence Champion continuous improvement and smarter ways of working Streamline processes and maximize resources Build scalable systems that support long‑term growth Strengthen Governance & Risk Management Establish clear policies, standards, and controls Partner across teams to support compliance and mitigate risk Ensure strong vendor and systems governance Own Financial & Resource Strategy Help shape budgets and investment priorities Balance cost‑conscious decision‑making with service quality and employee experience Align resources to drive meaningful business outcomes Leadership & Team Impact You’ll lead and develop shared services leaders while fostering a collaborative, ownership‑driven culture: Build alignment and accountability across teams Coach and develop high‑performing leaders Create clarity in priorities and decision‑making What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field 10+ years of progressive leadership experience Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive results Strong communicator who can influence, align, and execute What Sets You Apart You lead with integrity and build trust You think like an owner and act with accountability You thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment You embrace change and bring others along with you You inspire people with vision, clarity, and purpose Work Environment This role is primarily office‑based with occasional travel for collaboration, client visits, and company events.
