Pay & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $32$36 (based on experience)
• Salary equivalent: $66,560$74,880 annually
• Bonus opportunities including a $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days & $2,000 after 180 days)

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide clinical education on respiratory equipment
• Adjust ventilator and oxygen therapy settings per physician orders
• Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices to ensure optimal functioning
• Provide ongoing patient support through phone follow-ups
• Travel locally using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
• Participate in on-call rotation for ventilator issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and equipment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RRT license
• BLS certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Willingness to travel within service areas
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver compassionate patient care

Preferred:

• 1+ year of clinical respiratory experience
• Experience in home healthcare settings
• Knowledge of ventilator, oxygen, sleep apnea, or wound care
