JobSummary:
Joinourcustomer'steamasaVentureCapitalInvestmentAssociateExpertandplayapivotalroleinidentifying,evaluating,andexecutingtop-tierinvestmentopportunities.Youwillbeinstrumentalinsupportingtheend-to-endinvestmentprocess,leveragingstrategicinsightsandanalyticalrigortodelivervalueinadynamic,fast-pacedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Source,evaluate,andanalyzepotentialinvestmentopportunitiesacrossvarioussectors.
- Conductthoroughduediligence,financialmodeling,andmarketresearchtoassesstargetcompanies.
- Draftinvestmentmemosandpresentrecommendationstointernalstakeholdersandinvestmentcommittees.
- Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithentrepreneurs,industryexperts,andco-investors.
- Synthesizecomplexdataintoclear,actionableinsightstoinforminvestmentdecisions.
- Negotiatetermsheets,dealstructures,andagreementsincollaborationwithseniorteammembers.
- Monitorportfoliocompanyperformance,providingongoingsupportforvaluecreationinitiatives.
RequiredSkillsandQualifications:
- Provenexpertiseininvestmentanalysis,withatrackrecordinventurecapitalorrelatedfields.
- Exceptionalanalyticalabilitiesandexperiencesynthesizingcomplexinformation.
- Demonstratedstrategicthinkingandcommercialacumen.
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withattentiontodetailinallformsofcorrespondence.
- Strongrelationship-buildingcapabilitieswithfounders,investors,andpartners.
- Experiencewithnegotiationanddealexecution.
- Self-motivatedandabletothriveinaremote,collaborativeteamenvironment.
PreferredQualifications:
- Advanceddegree(MBA,CFA,orsimilar)infinance,business,orrelateddiscipline.
- Establishednetworkwithinventurecapital,startups,ortechnologysectors.
- Priorexperiencesupportingvaluecreationatportfoliocompanies.
