Job Details Job Location: Cleveland FP - Brook Park, OH 44142 Position Type: Part Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $17.50 - $17.51 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Overnight Job Category: Customer Service Parking Guest Ambassador Overnight Shift 12am - 8am Saturday, Sunday & Monday Fast Park & Relax – 18899 Snow Road, Brook Park, OH 44142 Job Purpose At Fast Park & Relax, the Parking Guest Ambassador plays a vital role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and welcoming arrival experience for our guests. This position is responsible for managing parking operations within a designated area, ensuring safe traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Direct incoming and outgoing traffic to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal communication Monitor parking areas to ensure efficient space utilization and prevent congestion Enforce parking policies, including time limits and restricted zones Assist guests with questions regarding parking availability, directions, and procedures Resolve parking-related issues such as lost tickets or vehicle lockouts Communicate regularly with team members to maintain efficient operations Operate parking equipment including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems Track and report parking activity, including occupancy, revenue, and incidents Maintain a clean, safe, and organized parking facility Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to stand, walk, and direct traffic for extended periods Team-oriented mindset with a positive, guest-focused approach Previous experience in parking, hospitality, or customer service is preferred Employee Benefits Medical (PPO or HDHP) Dental Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Basic Life / AD&D Insurance Supplemental Life / AD&D Insurance Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday Pay Work Environment This role is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. Required Education - High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Experience - Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.

• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must be able to work 12am - 8am.
