In this role, you will be an important part of a collaborative team that provides high-quality cosmetic and reconstructive care for the breast, body, face, and skin.Location: 10 Members Way, Dover, NHAbout the RoleAs a Clinical/Practice Assistant, you will support day-to-day practice operations through a blend of front-desk, scheduling, registration, and administrative responsibilities. You will help ensure patients are greeted warmly, appointments run smoothly, records are organized, and providers and staff have the support they need to deliver excellent care.What You’ll Do• Greet and assist patients, creating a professional and positive first impression.• Schedule, confirm, and maintain patient appointments and appointment records.• Answer phones, assist callers with routine inquiries, take accurate messages, and route information appropriately.• Support patient check-in and check-out processes, including registration and related documentation.• File, scan, print, fax, and organize patient materials and practice documents.• Process patient billing forms and assist with co-payment collection when needed.• Request medical records, laboratory results, and other information to support patient care.• Open, organize, and distribute mail or faxes for the practice.• Prepare forms, records, schedules, memos, and other documents as directed.• Assist with prior authorizations, prescription refill messages, test-result inquiries, provider questions, and other practice communications.• Serve as a resource for scheduling, registration, and billing systems, including providing support or training to others as needed.• Support more advanced practice functions, such as surgical scheduling or schedule adjustments, based on department needs and competency level.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Two to three years of office experience required.Certified Medical Administrative Assistant certification preferred.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office operations.Comfort using phone systems, managing non-routine calls, and resolving routine issues appropriately.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose clear emails, letters, memos, and messages.Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.Ability to follow established procedures, work within systems, and support a busy clinical practice environment.Additional Job Details (if applicable)Why Join Us?At Mass General Brigham, our employees are our most important resource.
