Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Must have RAD TECH experience.
• Must be registered and able to Xray cath lab cases.

Assignment Details:

• Shift hours: 0700-1900.
• Schedule includes 12-hour shifts and may extend until cases are finished.
• On-call required, with self-scheduling.
• Specific weekday volume notes: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are the busiest days, with lighter volume on Thursday and Friday.
• May float to other departments for tasking if needed.
• Equipment includes GE and Philips cath lab systems.
• EMR: Meditech / Merge.
