FP&A Enterprise Risk Analyst

Kforce has a client that is seeking a FP&A Enterprise Risk Analyst in Tampa, FL. Overview: The FP&A Analyst supports the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role provides financial insights and analyses that drive organizational performance, improve resource allocation, and support long-term strategic objectives. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the position serves as a key contributor to the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by coordinating risk assessments, maintaining risk reporting, and supporting leadership's efforts to identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic and operational risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Thorough understanding of financial statements and performance metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts and frameworks
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation
• Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processes
