Station Attendant

Responsibilities Provides exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage as needed and loading/unloading luggage into the cargo bay. Properly registers and records luggage for identification purposes upon arrival at destination. Affixes registration tickets onto luggage. Maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of terminal, including sweeping, mopping, removal and disposal of garbage, and cleaning windows, and stocks necessary supplies. Maintains parking lots by keeping them free of trash. Maintains cleanliness of bathrooms, including sweeping/mopping floors, sanitizing sinks and toilets, and restocking bathroom tissue and multifold napkins. Maintains vehicle cleanliness of arrivals and departures. Cleans interior of Motor Coach Vehicles and other company vehicles. Washes exterior of vehicles. Maintains washing bay clean and organizes cleaning materials. Properly dumps wastewater from Motor Coach. Sanitizes restrooms and Motor Coach. Dusts or vacuums seats and dashboard. Swipes and mops interior of vehicle. Stocks necessary restroom supplies (bathroom tissue, sanitizer foam, trash bags) in vehicles. Assists with cleanliness of driver dorms in certain locations. Ensures there is coffee and water in the dispenser for customers and keeps the coffee area clean. In some locations, Station Attendants are required to sell tickets and assist with incoming and outgoing phone calls. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred: 2 years of job‑related experience. Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish). Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Demands Heavy – Exerting 60‑100 lbs. occasionally, 25‑60 lbs. frequently, or up to 10‑20 constantly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
