Job Description Fabletics Retail is looking for a Part‑Time Store Associate at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves delivering a best‑in‑class retail experience, connecting customers’ online and in‑store shopping through technology and supporting store operations. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values and provide customer insight on how to live their passion. Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager. Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve the business. Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality. Achieve personal sales goals. Maintain safety and security standards and communicate potential issues. Unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs. Qualifications At least one year of retail experience preferred. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, able to multi‑task and set priorities under pressure. Flexible work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and holidays. Capable of physical demands: constant moving, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Availability Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
