Job Summary:

Ingraham Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide basic care and support to residents, including vital sign measurements and vital sign recording

• Assist with mobility and transfers, and help residents with walking, standing, and sitting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CT) in the state of Connecticut

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
