Emergency Medicine Physician – Multiple Locations in ND & TX

• Certifications: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine; ACLS, ATLS, PALS (as required)
• Experience: 1-2 years preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $300–$325/hr (plus paid travel for TX positions)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000
• Additional Compensation: Night/double shift differentials ($1.25–$5.00/hr)

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in fast-paced settings
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with medical teams
• Manage trauma, acute illness, and urgent cases efficiently
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems (Cerner, Allscripts, MedHost, etc.)
• Ensure patient safety and timely interventions
• Support and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training
• Assist in discharge planning and patient education
• Uphold the organization's mission of compassionate, patient-centered care

What You Need

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABFM)
• Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications
• Active medical license in North Dakota or Texas
• 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred

• Trauma level experience (Level II or III)
• Experience with Cerner, Allscripts, MedHost EMR systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to varying practice environments
