Delivery Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and driven individual looking to start a career with an equally motivated and results-oriented Heavy Duty Truck Parts company. The Delivery Driver is responsible for efficiently, effectively, and safely delivering and picking up parts while representing the company with pride and professionalism. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up product as assigned by the dispatcher
• Ensure proper and accurate handling of all related paperwork
• Load, unload, and rearrange product in accordance with company policies and customer requirements
• Perform complete vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times

Job Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance
• Physically capable of moving, bending, stretching, lifting, climbing, and performing other physical tasks
• Ability to read maps and effectively use a cell phone and GPS
• Ability to work positively and effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude
