Strategic SIOP & Manufacturing Planning Lead

Novolex is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Manufacturing Planning in Lake Forest, Illinois. In this role, you will oversee the SIOP process and manage a team of planners to produce manufacturing plans for various plants. Responsibilities include generating monthly plans and analyzing capacity constraints to meet KPI targets. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in supply chain, coupled with 5+ years of supply chain experience.
