What You’ll Do Mount, balance, and repair tires Inspect tires for damage and safety Patch and plug tires properly Rotate tires and reinstall wheels Use tire machines and balancing equipment Assist with basic mechanical work (oil changes, batteries, etc.) Keep your work area clean and organized What We’re Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Team player with a good attitude Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs Experience is a PLUS (but we can train the right person) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to grow within the company Stable, full-time hours Supportive team environment Compensation $17.50 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Opportunity to earn more based on performance Stable, full-time hours Why Work With Us – We’re not just hiring employees—we’re building a team.
