Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior sales specialist to drive robotics technology adoption at key accounts in Houston. The role involves training surgical teams, supporting product launches, and ensuring customer success with the ROSA system through clinical expertise and account management.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption and support
- Lead surgical team training on ROSA system and related technologies for surgeons and staff
- Partner with technology managers and field service teams during system installation and onboarding
- Provide clinical support during technology enablement cases and advanced upgrades
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or technical field
- Minimum 4 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated presentation and demonstration skills
- Proven track record achieving sales results
Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 base salary plus $75,000 incentive
