If you enjoy providing outsourced accounting and bookkeeping consulting services, meeting with clients in-person and/or virtually, assisting with leading a team, and are looking to gain more expertise in a client accounting services specialization, then this is the perfect role for you! Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
• Conduct reviews of work completed by other members of the team
• Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Maintain historical records by filing documents.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
