Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities include working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within your agency.
Requirements include sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, self-motivation, ability to work in a team environment, ability to make presentations to potential customers, achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, ability to effectively relate to a customer, and must be available to work the following schedule: TWR/9-4.

Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Compensation: $0.16 - $0.18 per hour.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Franklin. Our office is open Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet.
