Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Surprise, AZ . As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest. This is a PART TIME AND FULL TIME opportunity, with varying shifts and schedules.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
Manage medication schedules and administration
Ensure client safety and well-being by monitoring vital signs and responding to emergency situations
Maintain accurate records of care and services provided
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Demonstrate empathy, understanding, and respect for our clients' unique needs and preferences
Requirements
1 year of experience in a healthcare or caregiver role
HIGH SCHOOL diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work part time or full time
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, bend, and move clients with care and attention
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional client care
