Senior Instructor - Paramedic, EMT

Provide medically credentialed instruction, operational leadership, and site-level oversight in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. Deliver TC3 training across all four tiers. Instruct 68W Combat Medic sustainment training and CLS initial/sustainment training to non-medical personnel. Conduct training in classroom, laboratory, and field training/evaluation environments. Assess students' critical thinking and psychomotor skills under high-fidelity simulated conditions. Provide senior-level instructional oversight to ensure training is delivered consistently, safely, and in accordance with curriculum. Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to assigned Instructor/Operators. Requirements Candidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background. Current required medical certifications. Experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training. Prior supervisory, leadership, mentoring, or site-level coordination experience in a medical, military, emergency services, instructional, or operational environment. Prior experience in MSTC operations, high-fidelity medical simulation and TC3 instruction preferred. Demonstrate capability of leading and mentoring Instructor/Operators in various training environments. Must be able to illustrate prior supervisory experience in a relevant field.
