Clinical Therapist - Remote

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Therapist, your work will focus on empowering clients through high-quality care and comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Assessments & Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough initial and ongoing assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Therapeutic Services: Provide individual, couple, marital, family, and group therapy sessions addressing concerns such as DSM/ICD diagnoses, stress management, self-esteem, aging, domestic violence, bullying, HIV, gender orientation, and more.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with clients' treatment teams, families, and external community agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of service activities, client interactions, and progress in accordance with state, county, and organizational standards.
Continuous Learning: Participate in educational meetings and training sessions related to mental health and substance abuse treatment to stay informed of best practices.
Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality assessment and improvement initiatives, helping to enhance the effectiveness and reach of Behavioral Health Services.

Qualifications
