Sr. Manager, Change Lead - Patient Services Platforms

Pfizer seeks a senior manager to lead change management initiatives for patient services technology platforms. This role drives organizational adoption, minimizes disruption, and ensures successful transformation outcomes through cross-functional collaboration and strategic stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies including communications, training, and resistance management
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and readiness gaps
• Partner with sponsors and business leads to define change strategy and transition frameworks
• Coach senior leaders and managers on change sponsorship and championship roles
• Manage communication plans, training content development, and adoption reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience, or master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year
• Change management, organizational development, or program management background required
• Proven leadership on large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communications planning, and training delivery
• Strong project management and organizational skills with diverse teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior leadership experience
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Compensation: $124,400–$207,400 base salary, plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
