Job Summary/Company : We are seeking an experienced Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer to manage security operations supporting highly classified Special Access Programs. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain SAP access. Candidates must work onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily SAPF and SCIF security operations, including personnel access, indoctrinations and debriefings, classified-material accountability, facility procedures, and security training.

• Interpret and implement SAP security requirements under DoDM 5205.07, maintain SOPs and accreditation documentation, and prepare for audits, self-inspections, and government security inspections.

• Coordinate personnel, physical, information, and technical security activities with Navy SAP officials, internal security personnel, and senior military and organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility upon hire, immediate eligibility for SAP nomination, and the ability to maintain SCI and SAP access and undergo required polygraphs.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least eight years of SAP security experience and ten years of combined SAP or SCI security experience.

• Hands-on experience managing SAPF or SCIF operations, personnel and physical security, accreditation documentation, SOP development, security inspections, and DoDM 5205.07 compliance. Navy special-program experience is strongly preferred.

Pay Range: Salary $160,000.00 to $188,000.00
