Responsibilities Administer the physical therapy treatment plan, as developed by the Physical Therapist, to include (but not limited to) active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold water, and electrical modalities to patients. Document and report observed information and progress reports in patient records and prepared clinical notes. Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities and act as a resource to other health care personnel in meeting patient’s needs. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of North Carolina. A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification. Preferred Qualifications Home Health experience. Pay Range $41.00 - $57.00 per visit/unit. $64,000 - $87,500 per year base pay. Additional Information Driving Statement: You will be a part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore will need a valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. TB Statement: You will be patient facing, therefore part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.
