Maintenance Electrician - 2nd Shift

Eaton’s IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician - 2nd Shift. The hours for this role are 3pm-11pm. The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: Read and interpret maintenance specifications, blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams. Layout, install, alter, maintain and repair electrical wiring, communication and control systems, circuit breakers, transformers and other electrical equipment. Diagnose causes and make system repairs per appropriate specifications. Maintain company records as required. Follow and maintain safety rules and practices. Electrical troubleshooting to include diagnosis and fixing electrical issues within equipment and systems. Perform regular maintenance to prevent unexpected failures and extend the lifespan of electrical systems. Have knowledge of local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Completion of relevant Trade School, or field related AAS Degree. 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Preferred Qualifications: State Licensed Journeyman. 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience. 2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment. Working technical knowledge in the following: Welding/Fabrication, Piping systems, Electricity, PLC’s (Programmable logic controllers), Process control instrumentation, Process equipment, Personal Computing.
