Key Responsibilities for the Tax Manager:
• Lead and support quarterly ASC 740 income tax provision activities, including ETR calculations and deferred tax analyses
• Prepare and review tax-related journal entries, financial reporting schedules, and tax expense reconciliations
• Manage FIN 48 documentation and support SOX 404 compliance requirements
• Review consolidated federal income tax returns and coordinate with external tax service providers
• Perform technical tax calculations related to depreciation, amortization, R&D credits, Section 174, and Section 163(j)
• Support tax planning, forecasting, audits, legislative analysis, and M&A-related tax projects
Qualifications for the Tax Manager:
• 5+ years of income tax accounting and ASC 740 experience
• Public accounting and/or corporate tax experience within a multinational or public company environment
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax Return software
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification
