Data Entry SpecialistAs a Data Entry Specialist, your primary duties will include:Accurately entering and updating large volumes of information into company databases and computer systems.Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or inconsistencies.Reviewing source documents for deficiencies and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all company and client data.Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.Complying with data integrity and security policies to ensure data is handled responsibly.Collaborating with team members to ensure company-wide data consistency and quality.To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.Familiarity with administrative duties and data management software.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further computer training or certification is a plus.
