Behavioral Health Therapist

Behavioral Health Therapist – Part-Time Provides individual and group therapy to support clients with mental and emotional health needs. Completes assessments and develops treatment plans while collaborating with the care team to monitor progress. Plays a key role in facilitating therapy groups and supporting patient education. Requirements Master’s degree in a related field 2–5 years of experience Active LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent license Schedule Primarily Monday, Wednesday, Friday (group sessions) Flexible, part‑time hours with a mix of group facilitation and documentation Responsibilities Provides individual and, in some cases, family therapy to active clients. Updates the treatment plan to reflect therapy goals and collaborates with other professionals regarding client participation level, progress, and setbacks. Completes intakes for individuals requesting services, assessing their eligibility based on symptomology, treatment history, and current needs. Develops and facilitates education for clients.
