In this role, you will focus on leading and developing our facility-level nurses and managers. This includes hands-on assessing, coaching, and training, quality assurance and improvement, supervisory and management skill development, meeting clinical outcome expectations, and regulatory compliance. Extensive travel within the states of Illinois and Missouri is required in this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform duties and responsibilities with assigned functional area within a nursing home facility which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:
If needed will temporarily fill the Director of Nursing vacancies in our facilities.
Develop our nursing teams in post-acute services.
Passionate dedication to customer service; excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong leadership, communication, management, and organizational skills.
Exceptional commitment to customer service and employee well-being.
Salary: $32 - $35 Hourly
