What You'll Do

Develop and Maintain Strong Product Knowledge of Turf and Compact Construction Equipment to Effectively Demonstrate Products, Educate Customers, and Support Other Sales Staff as Needed

Proactively Generate New Business and Sell New and Used Equipment Within an Assigned Territory, Working to Grow Market Share and Achieve Sales Goals

Build and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships by Actively Prospecting, Making Customer Visits, Identifying Needs, and Pursuing New Sales Opportunities

Maintain Accurate Customer Information and Develop a Thorough Understanding of Customer Needs, Buying Habits, and Business Operations Within Your Territory

Conduct Equipment Demonstrations in the Field, Showcasing Product Features and Benefits to Help Customers Find the Right Solutions for Their Operations

Monitor Customer Business Activity, Market Trends, and Competitor Products to Identify Opportunities for Growth and Stay Ahead of the Competition

What You Bring

Previous Equipment Sales Experience Preferred, with a Background in Agricultural, Turf, Landscaping, or Compact Construction Equipment Strongly Valued

General Knowledge of Equipment, the Customers Who Use It, and the Products We Represent
