Talent Acquisition Specialist

A mission-driven nonprofit is looking for a TA Specialist to join their team in Boston. This role will involve full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments as well as actively working to enhance the new hire experience. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform full life cycle recruiting from sourcing of candidates to extension of offer. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility. Maintain HR databases, including accurate documentation on all candidates and searches, and job postings. Ensure that compliance tasks such as background, reference checks, form I-9, tax forms, etc.) are completed accurately and on time. Manage new hire onboarding activities and first day orientation as well as ongoing employee engagement initiatives such as surveys and recognition. Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation and visibility. Other duties as assigned.
