Store Manager in Training - Beck's Peoria Area Locations Ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Beck's is looking for a Store Manager in Training to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn the business, gain hands-on leadership experience, and prepare to lead one of our future locations. The goal of this role is simple: train today, lead a store tomorrow. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, learn all aspects of store operations, and build the skills needed to successfully lead your own Beck's location. - Team-oriented leader who leads by example
- High school diploma or GED required
- Retail management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
