We currently have 2 shifts available : 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday- Friday. Come join our amazing team in Groveport, Ohio!!!

How you create impact

• Conduct quality audits on warehouse processes (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy by identifying discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) policies and procedures.
• Document audit findings, prepare reports, and track KPIs, escalating issues and recommending process improvements.
• Collaborate with operations teams to provide training, reinforce best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Verify documentation accuracy, including inbound/outbound paperwork and system transactions (WMS/SAP).Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and compliance audits as required.

What we would like you to bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1 year warehouse management systems experience
• 1 year experience audting in a warehouse environment
• Attention to detail
