What You'll Do Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and curb appeal of multiple apartment communities Pick up trash and debris throughout the property Clean and maintain common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, parking lots, and amenity spaces Assist with landscaping duties including watering, weeding, trimming, and seasonal property upkeep Support maintenance teams with light maintenance tasks and apartment make-ready activities Assist with preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents Help maintain maintenance shops, storage areas, and equipment Monitor property appearance and report maintenance concerns Travel between assigned communities as needed to support property operations Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, maintenance, or related experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude and positive customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds Ability to walk the property daily, climb stairs, and use ladders when needed Ideal Background Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Grounds Maintenance Landscaping Janitorial Services Facilities Support Property Maintenance Maintenance Assistant #J-18808-Ljbffr
