Key Qualifications & Experience :

• Current and active Physical Therapist license
• Experience in a hospital outpatient setting preferred
• Skilled in comprehensive patient evaluations and development of individualized treatment plans
• Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical standards, and adherence to state/federal regulations
• Excellent documentation, communication, and critical reasoning abilities
• Ability to educate and collaborate with patients, families, students, and colleagues

• Direct and delegate therapy-specific services for assigned patients
