Roles Recruiting For:

• Hourly Operations Specialists, Inventory roles, and Team Lead positions
• Service Desk positions, Operations Supervisors, and Corporate Individual Contributor roles

Recruitment Volume:

• Manage an average workload of approximately 10 open positions at a time.

Recruitment Process:

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including:
  • Posting job openings
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Reviewing resumes and applications
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Extending offers
  • Initiating pre-employment testing and onboarding requirements.

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
