Dental Laboratory Technician

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Laboratory Technician role based in Warner Robins, GA. The Dental Laboratory Technician will fabricate, adjust, and repair dental prosthetics, including dentures and other restorative appliances, in alignment with dentist prescriptions and patient needs. Daily responsibilities include designing and processing dental appliances, selecting and handling appropriate materials, pouring and trimming models, and ensuring accurate fit, function, and esthetics. The role also involves maintaining lab equipment, following infection control and safety protocols, and collaborating closely with dentists and clinical team members to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The technician will document work performed, manage case turnaround times, and support an efficient, organized laboratory environment. Qualifications Looking for someone proficient in exocad and 3 shape with digital workflow. Proficient in core Laboratory Skills, including model work, impression handling, and use of standard laboratory equipment such as 3d printer and 5 axis mills. Demonstrated experience in Dental Technology, such as fabricating and finishing prosthetics and restorative appliances. Understanding of Dentistry principles and terminology to interpret prescriptions and collaborate effectively with clinicians. Background as a Laboratory Technician in a dental or dental lab setting, with strong attention to detail and quality standards. Hands-on experience working with Dentures, including setup, processing, adjustments, and repairs. High school diploma or equivalent required; formal dental laboratory training or certification preferred. Ability to read and follow detailed technical instructions, with strong manual dexterity and visual precision. Solid time-management skills, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a clinical team. Commitment to infection control, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized laboratory workspace.
