Position: Leasing Associate Location: Lake Kathy, our 360-unit affordable residential community in Brandon, FL 33510 About Us As one of the nation's premier residential property owners, we are committed to cultivating exceptional living experiences for our residents, ensuring they take pride in their apartment community. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of leasing, marketing, or advertising experience within a multi-family residential community, affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income preferred Proficiency in Yardi property management software preferred Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent resident service skills Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus! Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks Create and distribute marketing materials Develop and maintain strong client relationships Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, affordable/LIHTC or mixed-income Proficiency in Yardi software products preferred Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependable follow-up technique Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Valid Driver's License required Bilingual, English/Spanish may be preferred at some properties What We Offer Competitive base hourly pay, monthly lease/renewal certification bonus, and yearly performance review process Daytime schedules, 40 hours per week; Saturdays may be required or on rotation Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Opportunities for student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and full-time employee benefits and programs Excellent career growth opportunities as we continue to grow our team in Florida and other states across the country!
