What You'll Do

As an Infant Toddler Teacher , you'll create a nurturing, responsive, and engaging environment where infants and toddlers can learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones. You'll lead classroom activities, support children's individual needs, partner with families, and provide guidance to classroom team members to ensure every child receives high-quality care and education.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers.
• Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom that supports exploration, growth, and positive relationships.
• Observe children's development, complete assessments, and use that information to individualize learning experiences.
• Serve as a primary caregiver and build strong, responsive relationships with children and families.
• Supervise and support the Infant-Toddler Caregiver and Early Childhood Aide.
• Partner with families to support children's development, health, and school readiness goals.
• Connect families to community resources and support services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and program compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training, reflective supervision, and professional development opportunities.

Most importantly, you'll help give infants and toddlers a strong start by building trusting relationships and creating meaningful early learning experiences that support lifelong success.

Requirements

What We'll Love About You

• Associates degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Bachelor's preferred.
• At least one year of experience working in a childcare or early childhood setting, preferably with infants and toddlers.
• Wage range $25.01-$29.14 per hour, based on applicants level of education and experience/
